Getting There

Travel north from Brisbane on Bruce Highway. Take the Mooloolaba exit after passing the Ettamogah Pub Tourist Attraction. Follow signs to Mooloolaba/Underwater World along Sunshine Motorway. Drive directly to the end of Brisbane Road to beachfront, turn right at roundabout. You will then see the resort building and turn into Porte cohere and carpark entrance.

Children are welcome and there is a wading pool connected to main pool, games room, playground opposite the resort on the beachfront.
Children 3 years and under stay free of charge using existing bedding. Cots can be hired for an additional charge of $20 per night & high chairs for an additional $10 per night (payable direct to the resort). Any extra guest 6 years and over requiring additional bedding will be charged a bed hire of $27 per night, which is payable to the hotel direct. Maximum of one (1) extra person per apartment (at resort discretion).

The one bedroom apartment at Landmark Resort is beautifully appointed and modern suitable for 2 people (3 maximum) with a separate bedroom and lounge area.

Bedding configuration is 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds - Maximum capacity is 3 people.

1 Bedroom Studio
The studio apartment is beautifully appointed in a modern studio style suites suitable for 2 people. The bedroom is separated from the lounge area by a timber louvre partition doorway.The room features a spa in the bathroom, washing machine and dryer (2 in 1 machine) and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, ceramic cooktop, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee facilities, cutlery and crockery. Studio apartments have either partial ocean, hinterland, river (wharf area), marina or pool views.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed or 2 Single beds - Maximum capacity is 2 people.

2 Bedroom Apartment
The two bedroom apartment is beautifully appointed and modern suitable for 4 people (5 maximum). The main bedroom contains a Queen sized bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds with the two-way bathroom containing a spa.

The apartment also offers a washing machine, dryer and a full kitchen facility with large fridge, microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee facilities, cutlery and crockery. Most of these rooms have ocean views looking south east towards Point Cartwright.

Bedding configuration is 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds - Maximum capacity is 5 people.

3 Bedroom Apartment
The three bedroom apartment is beautifully appointed and modern with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms suitable for 6 people (7 maximum).

Bedding configuration is 1 Double bed and 4 Single beds - maximum capacity is 7 people.

sister from uk stayed there when new, returned Dec 2007 and was very disappointed. Unit was shabby and extremely grubby.

Well were do I start. Great location. The toliet was broken, the shower head leeked, the view was of windows(could not even see the sky without leaning over the balcony), cleaning of the pool area one leve below started at 6.30am Sunday with high pressure hose, neighbours arrived at 3.00am Sunday and proceeded to bang doors for an hour, the bedding had dry blood patches in the middle of the bottom sheet, the air conditioning was very loud, and without being prewarned the shower was in the spa(I do not have a disablity but need help to get in and out)
